Can it fix any blur?
Mild to moderate blur recovers well. Extreme blur where detail is entirely lost can't be fully reconstructed by any tool, but the result is still noticeably sharper.
How is this different from upscaling?
Upscaling adds resolution; deblurring restores sharpness. This tool focuses on sharpness and clarity.
