Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data PixSprout ("we") collects and how we use it. In short: our free tools run entirely in your browser and never upload your images.
1. Your images (free browser tools)
Our free tools — background removal, format conversion, HEIC-to-JPG, compression, cropping and rotation — run entirely in your browser using client-side code. Your images are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers or seen by us. When you close or reload the page, they are gone from memory.
2. Paid AI tools (when available)
Some Pro AI features (for example object removal, photo restoration and relighting) are too heavy to run in a browser and require server processing. When you use one of these paid features, the specific image you submit is sent to our processing provider solely to produce your result, and is not used to train models or retained longer than needed to deliver the output. These features are clearly labeled and are opt-in.
3. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see aggregate traffic — such as page views and country — so we can improve the site. This does not identify you personally and sets no advertising cookies.
4. Payments
Paid features are processed by our payment provider (Creem), which acts as the merchant of record. Payment and billing details are handled by them under their own privacy policy; we do not store your card details.
5. Data we do not collect
We do not require an account to use the free tools, do not sell personal data, and do not run advertising trackers.
