By using PixSprout ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. The Service
PixSprout provides image tools. The free tools run in your browser. Some Pro features run on our servers and are offered as paid, pay-as-you-go or subscription features.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on images you own or have the right to edit. You may not use the Service to infringe others' intellectual property, remove watermarks or copyright notices you have no right to remove, create misleading or deceptive media, or process illegal, harmful or infringing content.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you process. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the results.
4. Paid features & billing
Paid features are billed through our payment provider (Creem) as the merchant of record. Pricing is shown clearly before purchase. Credits or subscriptions are subject to the terms shown at checkout.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI results may be imperfect and are provided for your review. We do not guarantee any particular output quality or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixSprout is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
